Recording Sessions

From pre-production meetings to your actual session, we do everything possible to make sure we’re capturing your best performance. This ensures your project is what you want it to be.

Our core philosophy is to record like there’s no mixing and mix like there’s no mastering.

By adoption of this mantra, it minimizes your mix time, and thus saves you time, money and effort. It allows you to get your project finished faster and through the mastering process in a timely manner.

In preproduction, we will define what your vision is and will begin the process of outlining how we get there together.

We will discuss the instruments to be recorded, how you work best in the session, and define as many details as we can.

This outline helps minimize the chance of overlooking something that is essential or critical to achieving the best outcome of your project.

This ranges from how you want to record, to coffee, tea and snacks.

The time you spend in the studio should be as productive as possible and yet, it needs to reflect the pace of production that suites the personalities of the musicians.

Whether you’re a singer-songwriter laying down guide tracks for the first time, or a full ensemble working on your 10th album… know that we’re here to work with you, at your pace… to get the best results possible.
